Abstract
The article presents the results of the research focused on the intertextual relations between Staré paměti kutnohorské by Jan Kořínek (the first edition in 1675) and writings of three 19th century Czech authors: Jan Erazim Vocel’s poem Horníci (the first edition in 1848 and the latest edition, reworked in 1863), Jan Neruda’s short story Figurky (the first edition in 1877) and short stories (published in 1892 and 1896) written by Kliment Čermák, a now almost unknown author of educational writings for youth.
