Abstract
The current status of study of the Neolithic Period is described in association with the jubilee of V. Vokolek. During the last twenty years his work has been followed-up by the valuable archaeological activities of several institutions. The results of both the field research and the theoretical work manifest the progress achieved not solely in regard to addressing the Neolithic issues.
