abstract

Předložený text představuje teoretickou komparativní analýzu zaměřenou na aktuální problematiku učitelských profesních standardů ve Velké Británii, a to konkrétně v anglickém, velšském a irském kontextu. Standardy jsou popsány pomocí předem vymezených kritérií − kontext vzniku, obsah a cílová skupina. Nejen standardy, ale také další uvedené dokumenty a nástroje, které byly implementovány do školské praxe ve Velké Británii s cílem udržitelně zajistit kvalitu učitelské profese, jsou pro komplexní uchopení problematiky prezentovány na pozadí působení pověřených institucí. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí a komparaci významných znaků analyzovaných standardů, zacílené na zdůraznění prvků inspirativních pro budování standardů učitele v českém prostředí. Presented text introduces theoretical comparative analysis focused on a current issue of teacher professional standards in the Great Britain, particularly in English, Welsh and Irish context. Standards are described by using three criteria − the context of origin, content and target group. Standards and other analysed documents and instruments, which were implemented to the practice in the Great Britain to provide the public sustainably with the quality of teacher profession, are for complex understanding of the theme presented on the background of authorized institutions. The conclusion contains summary and comparison of significant features of the analyzed standards, oriented on the emphasizing of elements inspirative for the building of the standards in the Czech environment.
