abstract
The text aims to utilite the teacher start climate investigation within the realized pilot case study. The results are not roughly statistically evaluated, but they are analyse (cluster analysis) into individual profi le of climate component perception by each teacher. The evaluation is facused on similarity of the profi les and projection through the headmaster´s estimate.
