abstract
Schools need help and support in time of implementing of school education programs. It’s concerned with the field of self-evaluation too. The article describes, within research strategy design-based research, a character of provided support and selected problems, that directors have to overrule on planning and realization of selfevaluating processes. The source of empirical results are content analysis of executed tasks setted like a part of ancillary activities for directors of 12 Prague basic schools.
