abstract
Main topic of this article is focused on the leading and managing schools as a learning organizations. The fi rst part is orientated on the brief characteristic of the learning organization in the relationship with the requirements of the employment market on the school leaders competences. Second part reviews various attitudes to the creation of the schools as a learning organization from leader and manager, team management and change management point of view.
