abstract

On the basis of available empirical data and theoretical fundament the article focuses on characterisation of the development of working with feedback at Czech basic schools since 1990. It compares existing development with the concept of a school as a learning organisation. Particular issues determining the use of feedback at Czech basic schools are also under discussion.
