abstract

Článek se zaměřuje na to, jak vybraní pracovníci škol chápou pojem spokojenost klientů v prostředí školy. Na základě kvalitativní analýzy je vytvořen model spokojenosti klientů ve škole. V textu jsou nastíněny základní charakteristiky spokojenosti klientů škol a také problémy spojené se zjišťováním spokojenosti ve školách. The article is focused on client satisfaction at school from the view of chosen school workers. A model of school satisfaction is created on the base of a qualitative analysis. Basic characteristics of school satisfaction are depicted in the text, as well as problems connected to school satisfaction surveys.
