abstract
What do the Czech public think about the current state and development of schooling in the Czech Republic? Is education a priority for general public? What do people think about actors who should contribute to the development of the Czech educational system most? What factors and variables do have an impact on these opinions? The descriptive-style study focusing on these issues is analyzing random sample survey data and tries to offer some possible interpretation of the findings and its implications.
