abstract
The paper summarizes the methodological design of a research project the authors have currently been involved in, called Information and Communication Technologies in Everyday Work of Teachers. The aim of the paper is to show whether and in which ways video study can be useful as a method of data collection in qualitative research designs. The usefulness of linking video study data with data from in-depth interviews in order to achieve a more comprehensive point of view while exploring the education reality is also discussed. The analytical procedure used when processing the collected data is outlined, too.
