Analyzing working activties. G. Friedmann’s concentrates his interest on such forms which lead to undesirable social results and dehumanization of work. Such is „smattered work“ which forms tni enlarged component of mechanization of production and which devides the process of production into simple operations. Its negative consequencies, such as monotonous work are not limited by the modern technology. Automation brings up some improvement, especially in the section of production bul it does’t at the samé time avoid existence of routine tasks. Satisfaction and creativity has not been inereased even by the state ownership practised in former socialist system. On the contrary, their experience is the evidence of the increasing crisis of work and postponing of selfrealization of subjects from the sphere of work to that of free time. A way to partial humanization of the eriticized working activities is the actual posibility to improve the work culture improvement. It cannot be considered as a finál solution though.
