Poruchy placentace – placenta percreta s následnou hysterektomií po porodu – kazuistika

Case report describes the placenta percreta with total hysterectomy. With this complication of childbirth, we increasingly encounter, due to the increasing number of interventions in the uterus (mainly caesarean section). To reduce morbidity and mortality can contribute to early diagnosis by ultrasound or magnetic resonance. Kazuistika popisuje placentu percretu s následnou hysterektomií. S touto komplikací porodu se budeme stále častěji setkávat, vzhledem ke zvyšujícímu se počtu výkonů na děloze (hlavně císařský řez). Ke snížení morbidity a mortality může přispět včasná diagnostika pomocí ultrazvuku nebo magnetické rezonamce.
