abstract
Research study is focused on career counselling for university students and opportunities for using of psychodiagnostic instruments in process of career counselling. The object of the study was a recognition of studentʼs personality, interests and achievement motivation through selected diagnostic methods. Statistical evaluation of agreement between selected dimensions of diagnostic instruments was also investigated. In the study were used these questionnaires GPOP, DVP, LMI on a sample of university students of psychology (n = 101) in bachelor and master level. Correlation analysis revealed a statistically significant correlation between several dimensions of questionnaires. The implication of the study is suggestion to use these instruments as diagnostic battery in career counselling for students.
