Submitting a Manuscript

The manuscript should be submitted to the following address:

Peer Review

1) The executive editors decide whether the manuscript falls within the scope of the journal and its formal requirements.
2) If found suitable for further consideration, the manuscript is sent to two independent external expert reviewers for evaluation (single blind peer review).

Open Access Statement

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
