Letos musíme být spokojenější než loni!

This book addresses the topic of the transformation of corporate culture in the Czech environment, specifically in the local branches of foreign corporations, which opened after 1989 and became a model for establishing "western” culture in local contexts. Unlike other books which perceive corporate culture as a tool for managing and improving the company’s performance, this publication reflects corporate culture from the perspective of the employees. Through research focusing on interviews with people on all levels of the company hierarchy, the scholar seeks an answer to the question of whether and how neo-liberal values anchored in a multinational corporate cultures have changed (and continue to change) the work environment as well as the behavior and experience of individuals in their non-work private lives.
