When the humour novel Saturnin was first published in 1942, it became an immediate bestseller and the book has become a classic of Czech literature. After more than 60 years, Spanish-speaking readers have also the opportunity to meet the legendary faithful gentleman Saturnin, fighting in unorthodox ways with Aunt Catherine and her son. This first Spanish edition is accompanied, as well is the English version published in 2003, by beautiful full-colour illustrations by the famous Czech graphic artist Adolf Born.
