Subjektivní determinanty profesní orientace a kariérového nasměrování u vysokoškolských studentů

The article is focused on professional orientation and career orientation of university students, focusing on the subjective nature of the factors that determine career orientation. For research purposes the questionnaire methods were used. Questionnaire 1 captured the development of the visions of the future profession, motivation to study the chosen field and value orientation. Questionnaire 2 was represented by a Differentiation interest survey (Diferenciační zájmový dotazník – DZT). The sample consisted of students of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, Faculty of Economics and Management and students of Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources. The result was a mapping of personal history of the respondents focused on the development of professional orientation in relation to the effects of influencing factors and evaluation of the potential for practical application of research results to work with the applicants and the students during their studies. Článek je zaměřen na profesní orientaci a kariérové nasměrování vysokoškolských studentů se zaměřením na faktory subjektivní povahy, které determinují kariérovou orientaci. Pro účely výzkumu bylo využito dotazníkových metod. Dotazník 1 zachycoval vývoj představ o budoucím povolání, motivace ke studiu zvoleného oboru a hodnotovou orientaci, Dotazník 2 představoval Diferenciační zájmový dotazník (DZT). Výběrový soubor tvořili studenti České zemědělské univerzity v Praze, a to Provozně ekonomické fakulty a studenti Fakulty agrobiologie, potravinových a přírodních zdrojů. Výsledkem bylo zmapování osobní historie respondentů se zaměřením na vývoj profesní orientace v souvislosti s působením ovlivňujících faktorů a dále vyhodnocení možností praktického využití výsledků výzkumu v práci s uchazeči o studium a se studenty během studia. Subjektive Determinanten der professionellen Orientierung und Karriereausrichtung bei Hochschulstudenten Der Artikel bezieht sich auf professionelle Orientierung und Karriereausrichtung bei Hochschulstudenten mit Sicht auf subjektive Faktoren, die die Karriereausrichtung determinieren. In der Forschung nutzten wir Fragebogen. Der erste Fragebogen erfasste die Entwicklung der Vorstellungen über den zukünftigen Beruf, Motivation zum Studium der gewählten Fachrichtung und Werteorientierung. Der zweite Fragebogen war der Differentielle Interessenfragebogen (DZT). Die Stichprobe besteht aus Studenten der Tschechischen Universität für Bodenkultur in Prag, und zwar der Betriebswirtschaftlichen Fakultät und Studenten der Fakultät für Agrobiologie, Lebensmittel- und Naturressourcen. Ergebnis ist eine Übersicht über die persönliche Historie der Probanden mit Bezug zur Entwicklung der professionellen Orientierung in Zusammenhang mit dem Einfluss weiterer Faktoren. Weiter bewerteten wir die Möglichkeit einer praktischen Nutzung der Ergebnisse in der Arbeit mit den Bewerbern um das Studium und mit Studenten während dem Studium.
