PLZEŇSKÝ LÉKAŘSKÝ SBORNÍK
A multi-disciplinary medical journal publishing scientific works from theoretical and clinical fields with English summaries as well as works by foreign contributors in English. The chapter "Faculty Life" offers personal messages, reports on the faculty's activities in the past year and presents a complete bibliography of the medical faculty's departments and clinics in the year. The journal has been published since 1956.

abstract
Anatomic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament is one of the most common arthroscopic surgery. In recent years anatomical approach and if possible minimal invasive reconstruction techniques is preferred. One of the technique is all inside anatomical ACL reconstruction. Based on short-term results of our prospective study we proved that it is a safe and minimally invasive ACL surgery. Using this technique can achieve excellent both subjective and objective clinical results.
