ThDr. Josef Hronek jako katechetik a pedagog

Marie Zimmermannová’s book focuses on Josef Hronek’s scholarly work. Josef Hronek (1890–1954) was a professor of catechetics and pedagogy at the Sts Cyril and Methodius Faculty of Theology in Plzeň. In addition to Hronek’s biography, it presents a detailed overview of his work and presents the context in which it is set. The monograph centres on the thematic analysis of Hronek’s catechetic and pedagogical work and presents an appraisal of his works with regard to contemporary theology as well as of works by Hronek’s contemporaries. It presents Hronek as a prominent scholar whose work has been unjustly neglected. The book contains extensive appendices.
