The theme of this monograph is crisis management, which in the Czech Republic is stipulated by the law; it reacts to the need to prepare the Czech Republic’s population for non-military as well as military crisis situations. It demonstrates the current state of crisis legislation and the plans for its further improvements at the beginning of the 21st century.
