Vymezení a strukturace problému ve veřejné politice

This monograph tries to define and structure problems in public policy, from the theoretical, practical and methodological points of view. On the one hand, it contributes to understanding political and cognitive processes in which the problems are constructed, on the other hand, it presents basic rules for public definition of political problems in such a way as to reflect reality as closely as possible while being solved efficiently.
