Kardiovaskulární chirurgie

This textbook of cardiovascular surgery is divided into two parts. The first one gives a survey of cardiosurgery: described are preoperative preparation, postoperative care, diagnostics and treatment of congenital heart diseases, cure of valve diseases, diagnostics and therapy of ischaemic heart disease, disorders of the thoracic aorta and pericardium, heart tumors, heart and large vessels injuries, surgery of dysrhythmia and heart transplantations, among others. The second part, dealing with vascular surgery, contains chapters on ischaemic affection of the brain, diseases of the arteries of upper limbs, of visceral, kidney and lower limbs, arterial aneurysms, vasculogenous impotence, illnesses of the veins of lower limbs, arteriovenous fistulas, injuries of vessels, and others.
