Elektřina a magnetismus

The book is a basic undergraduate textbook for physics and natural science majors. Its exposition is very thoroughly conducted, individual findings and the connection between them are carefully explained, and it concludes with the formulation of Maxwell’s equations. More recent microphysical approaches are also used – at least tentatively – to provide a broader context. A number of detailed solved examples are also included. The book goes beyond the content of a basic physics course and can serve as a bridge to lectures on electromagnetic field theory.
