Právní aspekty násilí ve sportu

This publication deals with the relationships between sport and law, with a particular emphasis on the legal context of violence, which is especially typical of "contact" sports. It describes the existing legal status, theoretical background, analyzing sports regulations and the rules of selected types of sports and presents proposals for legislative changes. Their goal is to increase legal certainty for the subjects of relations in sports, including spectators, taking advantage of three representative contact sports - football, hockey and boxing.
