Smíšené volební systémy a většinotvorné modifikace systémů poměrných

A group work of scholars from the Department of Political Science of the IPS FSS CU fills the gap in Czech technical literature and provides an important comparative context to the occasional political discussions concerning changing or adjusting the electoral system of the Czech Republic. In the opening study, the scholars characterize and define mixed electoral systems, while in the following chapters they expand on the theme using case studies of different European countries. This work thus serves as a basic factual overview of the theme as well as a good theoretical analysis.
