Privatizace bez kapitálu

Three economists give their views on the course of Czech transformation and privatisation, based on their research and teaching activities. The contribution by Karel Kouba considers the theoretical background of transformational programs. The contribution by Ondřej Vychodil examines business restructuring and its dependency on the concentration of ownership as well as the influence of the post-privatisation ownership on the effectivity of businesses. Third contribution by Jitka Roberts concerns models of behaviour of the new owners towards privitised companies.
