Filologické studie 2012

This volume from a renewed series of Studies in Philology of the Faculty of Education, Charles University, presents a set of papers covering the themes of time, place and word in language and literary education, in the areas of philology and didactics of languages and literatures. This publication strives to interconnect two complementary research lines, that related to the disciplines themselves and the didactic one, both by developing hermeneutics, generated in an interdisciplinary fashion, which allows for the research of the influence of hidden discourse structures on the aesthetic, particularly literary expression, and by offering a method facilitating pupils and students’ understanding of wider contexts.
