Žurnalistická profese 2.0

The monograph, Journalist Profession 2.0, covers current trends in the media and journalism, as well as processes such as publicizing the internet and the „internetization” of the mass media, media convergence and hybridization. It presents results of research focused on the specific impact of these processes on the journalist profession in the Czech Republic, which explored the current stances of journalists towards technological development and transformations of their daily work, which also put to test the validity of claims or definitions which scientists offer in relation to the current developments.
