Školní vzdělávání ve Velké Británii

The publication The School Education in Great Britain builds on the previously published book, The School Education in Germany (Karolinum Press, Prague, 2008), and as in the case of the previous book it represents an analytical comparative study. This time it aims to describe the development, current state and ongoing reforms of the educational system in the UK. This work by V. Ježková and D. Dvořák, including a summarizing final chapter by English authors from the University of Manchester, primarily provides foreign observations useful in domestic educational policy, particularly in primary education and higher secondary education.
