This book is the first in a series of books on business corporate law and commercial law in general. It aims to present selected Czech and foreign judicial decisions related to the laws on business corporations to students, helping them to learn this legal discipline. In addition to providing summaries of the reasoning behind individual decisions, the scholars also try to capture the facts of the cases and provide commentary on the decisions.
