Dějiny pramenů kanonického práva

The book traces the development of canon law sources (including the Eastern Church) from the beginning of the Church until now. The publication is supplemented with a wide selection of excerpts. Through the study of canon law sources, it is possible to see the then regulations from a more objective perspective, as opposed to textbooks on the history of canon law. It is said that sources do not lie. However, this is not universally applicable – even in the context of the medieval Church, there were completely or partially forged collections of legal texts that had a substantial impact on Church history.
