Příležitosti a výzvy environmentálního výzkumu

This publication demonstrates that environmental problems are not merely scientific in nature, but in general are marked by technical, economic, and social aspects, which raise social, legal, educational and ethical questions, to name just a few. The interconnection of these views represents not only the greatest challenge, but also the greatest opportunity for environmental research. Individual chapters present the primary focus of environmental research being conducted at Charles University, and also indicate the orientation of environmental research within the Czech Republic.
